Naren Aneja
FOUNDER & CEO
Naren has over 40 years of experience in GRC (governance, risk, controls and compliance) assignments, and management consulting. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, holds a Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) and an MBA from the Wharton Business School, where he was ranked on the Director’s List. He is also a Gold Medalist of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, and a Tata Scholar.
Naren is currently the representative of the Institute of Internal Auditors Inc, USA (IIA) on the IPPF Oversight Committee of The IIA Inc. He also serves on the Audit Committee of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), Malaysia. Previously, Naren has served as Director-at-Large of the Global Board of the IIA Inc. between 2016 to 2019, and as a member on its Global Advocacy Committee and Finance Committee. He also served as national President of The Institute of Internal Auditors of India and President of the Asian Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditors.
Naren has spoken at numerous international conferences on governance and related topics in India, United States, Malaysia, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Qatar, Philippines, Thailand and the Dominican Republic. He has led internal audit assignments in India, USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Sweden, Indonesia, China, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Middle East and many countries in Africa.
Shivali Shah

Shivali has more than 25 years of experience in providing assurance and advisory services to the manufacturing, power, banking, pharmaceutical and retail industries. Her areas of focus include integrated internal audits, business process redesign, corporate policy design, enterprise risk management and internal audit function restructuring. Shivali has led internal audit assignments across continents in Asia, Africa, Europe and USA.
Shivali is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds the Certified Internal Auditor and the Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) accreditations from the Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., USA. She has also participated in the Executive Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and has successfully completed a Post Graduate Program in Data Science and Business Analytics. She is also a former Vice-President of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Bombay Chapter, India.
Jugal Aswani

Jugal has more than 25 years of experience in providing internal audit and advisory services to the manufacturing, BFSI, and IT services industries. His areas of focus include integrated internal audits, internal control framework development, corporate policy and process design, risk management, internal audit function restructuring, and financial due diligence. Jugal has led assignments in USA, Europe, Asian and African countries.
He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Information Systems Auditor. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in General Management and has completed the Management Program in Digital Transformation Strategies.
Anil Wadhwa
DIRECTOR
Anil has more than 25 years of experience in providing assurance and advisory services to the manufacturing & service industries viz., cement, textiles, chemicals, packaging, FMCG and education sectors. His areas of focus include integrated internal audits, Risk Management, frameworks for internal financial controls, due diligence for Mergers & Acquisitions and corporate policy design. Anil has led numerous assignments in Canada, Europe and various countries of Asia.
Anil is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds a certificate for Quality Assurance from the Institute of Internal Auditors USA, Inc.
Harmeek Bhela

Harmeek has more than 22 years of experience in providing assurance and advisory services to the manufacturing, project management, offshore shipping services, IT services, fintech services and insurance broking industries. His areas of focus include integrated internal audits, internal control framework development, business process redesign, corporate policy design, financial due diligence and investigative audits.
Harmeek is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has executed internal audit assignments in various countries of Asia.
Parag Mehta

Parag has more than 20 years of experience in providing assurance and advisory services to the manufacturing, chemicals, shipping & container operations industries. His areas of focus include integrated internal audits, process manuals, corporate policy design, and financial due diligence. Parag has executed assignments in various countries in Africa, the USA and Europe.
He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Internal Auditor. He also holds a certificate for Quality Assurance from the Institute of Internal Auditors USA, Inc.
Shilpa Modi
DIRECTOR
Shilpa has over 20 years of experience in providing internal audit and advisory services primarily to the financial services sector. She has also undertaken internal audits for the services sector. Her focus is integrated internal audit, internal control framework development, corporate policy and process design and regulatory preparedness reviews. She has also conducted assignments in Enterprise Risk Management and undertakes trainings on mandatory RBI requirements for clients.
She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Diploma in Information System Audits from ICAI. She also holds a certificate for Quality Assurance from the Institute of Internal Auditors USA, Inc.
Narendra Chowdhary
DIRECTOR - IT
Narendra has more than 18 years of experience in providing IT risk & assurance services, cybersecurity related services and GRC services with a focus on banking, insurance, financial services, pharma, telecom, manufacturing and logistics. He has extensive exposure in IT security/cybersecurity reviews, IT Risk Management, application audits, BCP/DRP, infrastructure audits, IT SoX, data privacy, digital forensic reviews and data analysis. He is also proficient in managing cloud security, mobile device security, identity and access management solutions. He has worked onsite on multiple international projects in UK, Swiss, Japan, Turkey, Russia, China and Indonesia.
Narendra has done an MBA from the University of Mumbai specializing in IT/Systems, and is a platinum member of the ISACA (USA), ISACA Mumbai Chapters and EC-Council (USA) and holds certifications such as, CISA, CDPSE, CEH and ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
Bijal Shah

Bijal has more than 15 years of experience in providing assurance and advisory services to the finance and services industries. Her areas of focus include integrated internal audits and compliances, governance and risk management, internal control framework development, corporate policy and process design, concurrent audit for lending sector and evaluation of readiness of company for regulatory inspections. She also has expertise in providing trainings on regulatory requirements and controls and processes.
She is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors Inc., USA.
Manoj Chaumal

Manoj has more than 20 years of experience in providing internal audit and advisory services to the mutual fund, Portfolio Management Service (PMS), Alternate Investment Fund (AIF), investment banking and other financial industries.
